Key Design Scenario
After exploring through storytelling….
…and capturing each intended experience our primary user persona in the form of a concise, but rich-in-details story, our team expanded on a single, most compelling scenario for users of HIKEO. This process included a process of detailed notion of the essential story details, in both verbal and graphical form.
The following is the key user scenario (story) created to show how HIKEO’s users might act to achieve their goals in a general environment using the application. We created this specific scenario to understand our users' motivations, needs, barriers and more in the context of how we would use a specific aspects of HIKEO’s design features, as well as to help ideate, iterate and usability-test optimal solutions.
By narrowing down the single, most imperative scenario, our team was able to scope out and direct the most promising ideas and functions of the application. The ideas that were selected were chosen through extensive, constructive dialogues between our team members as well as additional input from representatives of our distinguished user personas from within the community.
